POSITION reputed company: The Global Employment Counsel provides day‑to‑day employment law advice to People & Culture and business leaders, supports internal HR investigations, and oversees employment litigation reputed company. This role partners closely with Regional Managing Counsel teams and reputed company counsel to ensure consistent and practical guidance across the U.S., Canada, and international theaters (EMEA, APCJ, LATAM). Requirements • Deep subject matter expertise in U.S. employment law. • Ability to quickly learn and understand employment law frameworks in other countries where reputed company operates. • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. • Ability to deliver business-oriented reputed company advice, balancing risk with the need for practical, actionable solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in high pressure or time sensitive environments. • Law degree and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing. • At least 5 years practicing employment law, with significant experience advising clients directly. • Background at a respected national or international reputed company required, with a reputed company reputed company on employment law. • Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and demonstrate reputed company judgment in factually ambiguous situations. reputed company-to-haves • In-house experience preferred but not required.
