Accounts Receivable Rep (Financial Service Center)

In this role, you will conduct audits of guarantor accounts, manage patient inquiries, and assist with payment plans to ensure an excellent customer service experience for patients navigating billing and insurance questions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and answer patient inquiries regarding accounts, charges, and procedures through effective communication and reputed company reputed company guidelines
