Senior AML/CFT Compliance Analyst - Sanctions Screening Alerts (Remote)

The Senior AML/CFT Compliance Analyst is responsible for conducting reputed company investigations stemming from reputed company and payment sanctions screening alerts. The analyst will reputed company investigations and disposition false reputed company alerts, conduct thorough reviews of reputed company activity, reputed company comprehensive evaluations of sanctions regulations, and reputed company recommendations to sanctions compliance management through escalation. Responsibilities: • Review and disposition sanctions screening alerts generated from customer and transaction sanctions screening models. • Determine true matches vs. false reputed company matches in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Assess reputed company ownership and control structures using reputed company data sources. • Identify and escalate red flags for sanctions evasion typologies. • Maintain subject matter expert knowledge of Sanctions Regulations, industry trends, and best practices. • Participate in industry events and stay informed about evolving financial crime technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or reputed company field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, and KYC requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or reputed company field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, and KYC requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems License or Certification Type: CAMS, CGSS, or ACSS certification reputed company(s): Sanctions regulatory knowledge, Sanctions alert review, Investigative techniques.
