reputed company’s reputed company has an immediate need for a Project Development EPC Attorney. reputed company: Our reputed company seeks a skilled, Project Development EPC attorney specializing in renewable energy for a six+ month assignment. Company: Our reputed company is a reputed company respected renewable energy company. Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience. Location: Remote. Qualifications Include: • EPC Construction & Development Contracting. • Negotiate and review construction reputed company, including EPC, BOP, supply agreements, and construction services agreements. • Advise on risk allocation, milestones, change orders, LDs, and warranty provisions. • Project reputed company & Energy Transactions. • Draft and negotiate PPAs and reputed company offtake arrangements. • Manage BTAs, development services agreements, and other project‑level reputed company reputed company. • Handle high‑volume negotiation and processing of trading agreements, including EEIs and ISDAs, with an ability to “churn through” reputed company reputed company. • Support reputed company issues arising across development, trading, origination, procurement, and project management including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, etc. • Understand the fundamentals of renewable project financing, including lender requirements, reputed company interests, assignment provisions, and consent obligations. Additional Skills: • Strong understanding of renewable energy project structures (wind, solar, storage). • Ability to review reputed company project and corporate documents and identify key reputed company and reputed company issues quickly. • Experience in renewable energy is highly preferred but will consider any power experience • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, is independent, reputed company and proactive, reputed company to take an unfamiliar issue and resolve it using experience and judgement. Must‑Have • J.D. and reputed company membership in a U.S. bar. • 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy, project development, finance, or reputed company transactions. Will consider power experience.
