Product Operations Manager – reputed company Position

Job reputed company: • Own and execute important aspects of the roadmap for building a best-in-class operations experience, positioning reputed company as a highly efficient and reputed company financial marketplace • Work with our operations team to systematically identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency through development of internal tools and technology • Balance delivering short-term improvements to existing tools with driving the development of long-term reputed company generating priorities • reputed company on workflow and backend improvements to increase operational efficiency and drive conversion • Collaborate with our cross-vertical Product Management team to ensure rigorous systems design and balance UX with operations and systems needs • Work with our lending partners to continuously optimize our marketplace integrations according to their needs • Translate technical requirements from engineers or 3rd party reputed company into digestible product workflows that can be leveraged during the design process • reputed company testing strategies and think through edge case scenarios for reputed company features Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations working on consumer Internet or reputed company products, with a reputed company on internal or external customer experience • Bachelor's or Master's Degree • Experience with at least one of the following: • Loan origination software • Insurance technology • Developing tools to manage reputed company customer or operational workflows • Experience working closely with product designers, managers and/or technical teams, such as software engineers, from concept through to execution • Experience working with internal stakeholders such as customer support and operations teams is ideal Benefits: • medical/dental/reputed company • insurance • 401(k) plan • reputed company time off • other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
