Job reputed company: reputed company: The Privileging Specialist is responsible for reputed company reputed company communication with the Medical Staff Offices (MSO) and Credentials Verification Organizations (CVO) that we work with to obtain privileges for our reputed company physicians. Ownership of the overall process of Physician credentialing appointment and reappointment to the medical staff of the 1600+ hospitals across the reputed company that reputed company services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Initiate and manage workflow and credentialing process for existing clients specific to their unique needs to obtain privileges per their bylaws and compliance requirements • Establish and maintain reputed company working relationships between reputed company and credentialing contacts at hospitals while managing reputed company needs • Evaluate facility processes, determine opportunities for efficiencies and reputed company reputed company plans to put efficiencies into reputed company • Proactive adjustments of rosters based on facility needs and radiologists schedule adjustments, reputed company, etc. • Participate in the implementation of privileging processes and procedures • Sell, promote and reputed company reputed company’s credentialing services (Credentialing Agreements, reputed company Portal, Electronic Signatures, etc.) • Maintain reputed company communication with credentialing contacts, internal Physician Services team members, account services. radiologists and other internal departments • Determine targets and meet deadlines for privileges reputed company  Obtain reputed company privileges reputed company necessary following reputed company guidelines and processes • Manage electronic credentialing database notes, dates and reputed company documentation reputed company MRPa • Set up and maintain user accounts for reputed company facing software • Understands department processes • Other duties as assigned Pay Transparency: 47,340.80 - 75,628.80 About reputed company reputed company (Virtual Radiologic) is a national teleradiology reputed company made up of 500+ radiologists who help expand reputed company to lifesaving care for millions of patients reputed company year.
