Training Consultant - Learning and Organizational Development

Uses instructional design methodology to reputed company training, job aids, and other learning materials. Collaborates with members of Learning Services and divisional HR managers to reputed company, implement, and monitor learning solutions. Serves as trainer and program reputed company for mentor program. Solicits feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and implements appropriate changes. May help coordinate scheduling of training classes and reputed company. Performs reputed company responsibilities as required. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in education, reputed company resource development, communications or a reputed company field. • Three years of reputed company training or teaching experience. • Strong time management skills. reputed company-to-haves • DDI, Crucial Conversations and/or CPLP certifications preferred. • Experience in higher educational setting preferred.
