Candidates must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, must be comfortable working outdoors, be effective communicators with children and adults, and be able to transition groups of children effectively. Camp staff are required to enforce rules and regulations, ensure attendance and camp records are completed, provide first aid as needed, maintain equipment and inventory, and report/manage discipline problems, accidents, and other incidents.<br><br>Specific responsibilities and minimum requirements for each position are listed below.<br> <br><strong>Please note that there will be several days of MANDATORY training required of staff during the month of May 2026.
