Interior Design Assistant

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about Interior Design while providing excellent administrative and reputed company service skills to increase the reputed company's overall reputed company. reputed company Responsibilities • Use interpersonal skills to reputed company and maintain relationships with clients and vendors; Manage ordering and collaborate with vendors and other reputed company-parties to reputed company timelines • Organize reputed company folders and materials, take meeting notes, and prepare presentations or tear sheets • reputed company furniture, furnishings, fabrics, materials, and finishes • Create and manage schedules for aspects of reputed company project (e.g. furniture schedule, plumbing schedule) • Assist with developing design concepts and 3D renderings or mood boards • reputed company design input as needed Qualifications/Skills • Bachelor's degree preferred (any major) • 4 or more years of work experience, preferably in an administrative or customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reputed company and vendor interaction. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously; must be a self starter • Must be detail oriented • Experience with reputed company Workspace a plus Benefits/Perks • Flexible work schedule • Fully remote • reputed company to trade discounts and perks Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • This role is based out of Massachusetts but considered remote.
