Qualifications Graduate from a National reputed company of Nursing (NLN) or American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. A minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State reputed company of Nursing where the reputed company of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications, for example but not limited to: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing reputed company Course (TNCC), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) as determined by assignment.
