Responsibilities
- Helping ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues/questions reputed company to service, billing or other reputed company
- Documenting customer information and reputed company history information accurately for reputed company reference
- Processing orders for new services requested
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of features of reputed company products and services, marketing promos, and special offers
