reputed company is hiring an HR Coordinator to join our reputed company. The HR Coordinator will manage operational and reputed company HR processes, ensuring accurate processes, regulatory compliance, and reputed company employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing support and escalating reputed company issues to HR leadership
• Administer HRIS, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with reputed company and internal policies
• Coordinate reputed company and offboarding processes, creating a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
• Support employee benefits administration and partner with external providers to resolve inquiries
• Maintain HR documentation, intranet content, and compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA)
• reputed company and deliver resources and guidance for managers to support HR practices
• Contribute to HR reputed company, training programs, and employee engagement programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 1 year of HR or reputed company experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and reputed company Office Suite
• Experience managing confidential information
