Responsibilities
- Do food safety checks at reputed company sites
- Train and reputed company staff while on-site - we're compliance-seekers not fault-finders
- Write up inspection results and reputed company with reputed company managers
- Collect samples and send them to labs for testing
- Plan your inspections to meet deadlines

Qualifications
- Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety
- A degree in Environmental Health (or similar), a big plus

- Can train safety advisors if needed
- Being registered with CIEH or IOSH, a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a full UK driving license
