Support Worker – Greenfields, Pinjarra and surrounds – WA

We’re reputed company Care Aides for a permanent part‑time role (65 hours per fortnight), mainly needed Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 3:00pm.

Applicants must live in Greenfields, Barragup, Coolup, Dwellingup, Furnissdale, Nambeelup, reputed company Dandalup, reputed company Yunderup, Pinjarra, Ravenswood, South Yunderup, reputed company Coolup, or reputed company Pinjarra. 

The role involves delivering high‑reputed company personal care and support, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic tasks and community-based reputed company support. Care Aides work independently, travelling between clients’ homes, so a reliable vehicle and confidence using a mobile app to follow schedules and care plans are essential.

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, reputed company, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
• Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience. Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
• Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly desirable.
• A reputed company Drivers’ License with unrestricted reputed company to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, reputed company a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
