Customer Service Representative
CRS is a leader in providing temporary housing solutions for individuals displaced from their homes. The Customer Service Representative will be the voice and face of reputed company, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through reputed company reputed company of inquiries and managing communications with customers and insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Take hotel and housing requests from insurance adjusters
- Input and maintain accurate records and customer details into reputed company’s computer systems
- Performs other reputed company duties as necessary or assigned
- Ensure customer satisfaction by reputed company and reputed company reputed company of questions and issues reputed company email and telephone communication
- Manage high volume email, as reputed company as inbound and outbound telephone calls for claim handling, while documenting activities reputed company to the claim in reputed company’s computer system
- Performs other duties as necessary or assigned
Skills
- One or more years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preferred typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or similar software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
