[Remote] Staff Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. UHP is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the accurate recording of financial information. This role involves daily processes, account reconciliations, and various support tasks reputed company the reputed company team.

Responsibilities

• Recording of daily financial transactions
• Process Accounts Payable including invoice review and preparation for payment
• Manage customer receivables including weekly collection processes
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with general reputed company entries and financials reporting
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, departments, and the reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
• 0–2 years of experience in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company area
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company required (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the reputed company to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work successfully in a remote working environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with reputed company and discretion
• Experience in reputed company or billing office, student financials a plus
