[Remote] Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contact providers, hospitals, and clinical staff reputed company phone and email to explain programs and request medical records

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles involving heavy phone and computer use

• Ability to work full-time with flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST)
