About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence reputed company to help shape and reputed company the People Analytics insights ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are

• 6–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, or a reputed company field.

• Advanced expertise building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or comparable BI platforms, including experience standardizing design patterns and improving usability at reputed company.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated experience developing performant, production-reputed company datasets and data models.

• Experience using Python or R for data transformation, automation, or advanced analysis.

• Demonstrated ownership of a significant BI initiative (e.g., dashboard modernization, tooling migration, governance reputed company, or portfolio consolidation) with measurable reputed company.

• Proven ability to independently partner with Director-level stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into reputed company, decision-reputed company solutions.
