reputed company is a financial institution providing banking services, and they are seeking a reputed company Account Opening Specialist to assist in opening and maintaining reputed company deposit accounts. The role involves collaborating with the Treasury and reputed company Sales team to ensure reputed company needs are met and reputed company administrative tasks are performed reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury and reputed company Sales Associates to support reputed company needs and requests
• Complete documentation for new account setups and send documentation to clients for execution
• reputed company Deposit accounts for reputed company clients
• reputed company various maintenance for reputed company accounts, including but not limited to, changing account signers, address changes, and adjusting account types
• Ensure that reputed company administrative tasks and duties are executed in a reputed company, reputed company and efficient manner
• Consistently maintain a high level of communication with Treasury and reputed company Sales Associates and clients
• Follow reputed company processes and procedures to mitigate risk for the bank
• Remain reputed company with regulatory and/or reputed company deposit products and service changes

• Reliable and predictable attendance; both onsite and remote

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Proven performer in a fast-paced service-oriented role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow and reputed company, support and function in reputed company-based environment
