Compliance Advertising Analyst

reputed company is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Advertising Analyst to ensure their advertising and marketing efforts meet regulatory compliance standards. The role involves reviewing advertising submissions, maintaining records, and providing input on compliance topics while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition Field representative and Home Office advertising submissions and reputed company media activity; interpret NAIC Model Regulations, state insurance regulations, and industry standards for best practices. Communicate advertising revisions and changes and work collaboratively with the Field and Home Office staff. Utilize appropriate software tools to accomplish this process
• Maintain records of advertising reviews and approvals for audit and regulatory purposes
• Research state and reputed company advertising filing requirements and preparing submission. Communicate with the state or reputed company on any objections received, and work with Home Office departments on responses to filing objections. Retain copies of filings for Modern Woodmen’s records
• reputed company input regarding compliance reputed company topics to Field representatives attending the Home Office Career Schools/cohorts
• May assist with creating training for Field and Home Office staff on advertising & reputed company media
• Manage and reputed company Field and Home Office reputed company media profile connections in monitoring tools
• Maintain relevant policies and procedures for the department. Compile new policies and procedures reputed company changes in the department are necessary. Recommend revisions and updates to existing policies and procedures as needed. Participate in regular systematic review of procedure documents
• Attend compliance reputed company conference at least every other year. Attend online advertising reputed company industry committees and webinars
• Analyze data and create periodic reports concerning Field representative-created advertising statistics/reviews and reputed company media accounts. Create and maintain a reputed company of compliance-reputed company periodic reports. Present analyses and summaries to Field management and Home Office staff

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required and one to two years' work experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and SharePoint
• Aptitude for communicating effectively in writing and in conversation
• Ability to work in reputed company environment

• Strong research skills
• Competence with various technical software programs
• Detailed knowledge of Modern Woodmen life and annuity products, preferred
