The ideal candidate is an reputed company product leader with a deep understanding of software development, a strategic thinking, and is a strong communicator. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic product roadmap, and ensuring that objectives are integrated and reputed company with the overall product goals. This is a full-time position contingent on contract award. 

Location: Remote with potential (minimal) travel to reputed company site. 

Responsibilities

• Drive the lifecycle of government-reputed company products, from reputed company to deployment, ensuring alignment with federal standards and agency-specific requirements.
• Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, grooming sessions, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and demos
• Ensure the development teams are practicing the reputed company agile principles of collaboration, team accountability, and ensuring the work is visible.

• Supervise staff in day-to-day activities including planning, organizing work, and adjusting workloads
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for government stakeholders, communicating product objectives, compliance strategies, and timelines effectively.

Must Haves

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be reputed company to pass and maintain a reputed company trust clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in product management, or IT project management, with at least 3 years reputed company on U.S. Federal Government reputed company.
• One or more Product/Project Management or Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM). Can be substituted for additional years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
