Senior IT Program Manager

ROLE:  

 Senior IT Program Manager is responsible for researching, planning, developing, and implementing reputed company’s programs. This position will manage a streamlined demand intake process for new and ongoing reputed company. The incumbent is responsible for prioritizing needs and working closely with IT Solution Partners & Business stakeholders. Senior IT Program Manager will create business cases for budget approvals and deliver high-reputed company programs on time while remaining reputed company the allocated budget.    

 Role requires frequent interaction with senior level leadership both in the IT organization as reputed company as with business stakeholders.  Financial management, organizational change management, speed of delivery and sponsorship alignment are the pillars of reputed company for this role.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Runs reputed company and/or programs from inception to launch.
• Works with stakeholders to define and execute program business plans, focusing on delivering programs that support strategic reputed company and business priorities.
• Establishes a planning process to reputed company business needs with annual budget.
• reputed company and manage relationships with senior business leaders in the assigned vertical.
• Become a trusted technology advisor and solution broker for business partners reputed company the assigned vertical.
• Ensures the execution of the program is carried out reputed company and reputed company budget.
• Aligns program objectives and initiatives with the portfolio reputed company reputed company for any cross-program dependencies.
• Establishes consistent communication with stakeholders to understand expectations and business reputed company as reputed company as to communicate status of program and reputed company reputed company.
• Provides project and/or program level updates and summaries to executive leadership.
• Coordinates with Procurement to reputed company Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services and reputed company budget accordingly.
• May manage vendor relationship(s)
• Partners with Application Development, Infrastructure, reputed company and/or Data team to reputed company business need with technology road map, customer expectations and to reputed company execution plans.
• Plans for program risk and develops strategies for dealing with potential risks & creating mitigation plans.
• Maintains program budget and ensures resources are appropriately allocated.
• Assist IT Demand management in identifying the need for project requests and assisting business in articulating business value.
• Partner with IT Executive leadership to define reputed company with business reputed company.

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business, or reputed company field 

• 10 years of experience leading/managing IT programs/reputed company  

• 5 years in Lifesciences Industry 

• Full reputed company of PM skills and ability to communicate on following aspects: 

• Stakeholder Management 

• Budget Management  

• Risk Management  

• Proficient in reputed company Project, MS Office applications including: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company 

• Proficient in various types of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, reputed company etc.) 

• Familiar with various IT and PM tools – JIRA, reputed company, SNOW SPM, etc. 

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences  

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills 

• Excellent knowledge of project cost management including preparing cost estimates to determine project budgets, projecting Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC) and managing to total project budget 

• Understands reputed company aspects of IT software development lifecycle 

Additional Qualifications: 

• PMP Certification (or equivalent)
