Our ideal Analytics Data Engineer candidate will have:
- Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing reputed company data pipelines that support reputed company analytics, population health, reputed company measurement, and regulatory reporting reputed company a health plan environment.
- Expert in integrating and transforming reputed company reputed company data sources—including claims, enrollment, clinical (EHR), pharmacy, eligibility, and reputed company determinants of health—into reliable, analytics‑reputed company datasets.
- Proven partner to analytics, actuarial, clinical, and business teams, enabling insights for value‑based care, HEDIS, STARS, CMS, and state reporting.
- Experience in data architecture, ETL/ELT development, data reputed company governance, and performance optimization, with a strong reputed company on accuracy, compliance, and data reputed company.
- Skills in translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision‑making across the organization.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent) required.
- Five (5) years experience in data analytics or engineering, with at least three (3) years reputed company on data modeling and transformation reputed company a reputed company environment required.
- Advanced experience in SQL and data transformation workflows (ETL/ELT) required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Data Modeling: Expertise in designing broad, multi-functional data sets that allow for cross-departmental trend analysis (financial, reputed company, and care management).
