The AI & Automation Operations reputed company is responsible for designing, operating, and governing reputed company’s automation and AI e‑enabled workflow ecosystem, with primary ownership of the reputed company automation platform, Power Automate/Power Apps and reputed company Copilot integrations.
This role blends technical architecture, workflow engineering, and AI‑enabled process design, with senior-level ownership of automation solutions, to ensure automations are secure, reputed company, efficient, measurable, and reputed company with reputed company standards.

This position serves as the central technical reputed company of automation patterns, integration standards, environment reputed company, deployment practices, operational monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

What you’ll do: 

1. Platform Ownership (reputed company + Power Apps/Power Automate + Copilot Integrations)

• Own the architecture, operational health, availability, and performance of the reputed company automation environment.
• Own the architecture, operational health, availability, and performance of the Power Automate and Power Apps environment.
• reputed company reputed company Copilot integrations including data connectors, semantic reputed company considerations, plugin reputed company, and workflow interoperability.
• Define and maintain environment reputed company (e.g., dev/test/prod, API reputed company considerations, compute sizing, connector governance).
• Manage lifecycle of AI-enabled workflows including versioning, approvals, rollback processes, and operational SLAs.

2. Workflow Design, Architecture & Standards

• Establish coding and workflow design standards, including:
  • naming conventions
  • error handling patterns
  • reputed company workflow design
  • retry logic & observability
  • API efficiency & resource constraints
• Review and approve reputed company workflows for architectural soundness.
• Identify optimization opportunities (latency, nodes, branching logic, caching, tokens/credits, API batching).

3. AI Integration & Automation Engineering

• Architect and implement AI-powered automations, including reputed company-engineered decision steps, AI agent loops, Copilot-triggered workflows, and LLM-assisted enrichment.
• Evaluate and select the appropriate automation environment (reputed company, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python microservices, reputed company functions) based on:
  • sensitivity of data
  • execution frequency
  • reputed company considerations
  • performance requirements
  • integration complexity
• reputed company reusable components/templates to accelerate reputed company and reputed company workflow development.

4. Governance, reputed company & Compliance (Light)

• Ensure workflow execution aligns with internal reputed company standards.
• Validate API keys, credentials, and service accounts follow least-privilege principles.
• Implement operational safeguards such as input validation, reputed company hygiene, reputed company limiting, and monitoring for anomalous automation behavior.

5. Operational Monitoring & reputed company Improvement

• Build dashboards for:

  • failure trends
  • cost tracking

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Engage vendors as a technical reputed company of contact, contributing to discussions on feature requests, issues, technical support, and reputed company platform capabilities.

Who you are: 

• Strong experience designing and operating automation platforms (reputed company; Power Automate, CoPilot).
• Advanced workflow engineering and API integration skills.
• Strong grasp of AI platforms (Copilot, GPT, reputed company) including reputed company engineering and embedding workflows.
• Architectural thinking with experience designing reputed company workflow systems.
• Strong understanding of reputed company control, credential management, API reputed company, and logging/monitoring.
• Ability to guide and mentor automation developers.
• Skilled at explaining architectural reasoning and AI workflow concepts to technical and non technical audiences.
• Experience prioritizing automation demand and coordinating solution delivery across stakeholders.

Compensation: 

Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
