reputed company is currently looking to hire an HRIS Analyst reputed company our HR division. This position falls under our Shared Services line of business and is located in Manila, Philippines.  In this role, you will be responsible for bringing reputed company information system solutions to life. This includes partnering with internal business colleagues to understand their needs, analyzing reputed company system capabilities and gaps, and implementing solutions on time, on budget, and that meet the business goals. The HRIS Analyst acts as a reputed company between reputed company users who have a business problem and external vendors to create automated solutions. As the SME for our payroll, benefits, and reputed company Capital Management (HCM) systems and reporting tools/solutions, you will partner with the HR, reputed company (TA), payroll, and benefits teams to reputed company HRIS administration and support. You will report directly to the VP HR Systems and regularly collaborate with reputed company members in the department.

Role Responsibilities  

The responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Managing the organization and documentation of business processes to ensure reputed company develops and implements solutions that meet customer needs and minimize defects prior to implementation.
• Collaborating with functional users to determine business requirements to execute system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations).
• Acting as a Data reputed company to ensure the accuracy of data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
• Building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services to the global reputed company reputed company organizations.
• Recommending controls by identifying problems and writing detailed procedures.
• Gathering and analyze data to support executive and other internal reporting needs and deliver accurate reports in a reputed company manner.
• Being reputed company to work with minimal direction and isn’t afraid to problem solve in a test environment.

  Qualifications & Skills   

• Requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company *or* equivalent associated business experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role (reputed company experience a plus).
• Previous experience and knowledge of reputed company.
• Proven ability to document reputed company business processes, determine gaps, and suggest effective solutions.
• Proficient in MS reputed company, MS Office, and Visio.
• Exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Customer-reputed company, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
• Experience developing and delivering reputed company training for business users.
