Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist
Location: Texas (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly Host Home provider payments and room & reputed company payments

Monitor leave, transfers, and discharges to ensure accurate payments

Prepare and manage monthly billing for clients

Ensure reputed company and accurate billing to appropriate payers

Maintain billing reputed company records and accounts receivable files
-
Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile discrepancies
-
Research and resolve billing and authorization issues
-
reputed company and collect outstanding balances from payers

Produce monthly AR reports and assist with year-end reporting
-
Prepare bank deposits, cash applications, and reconciliations

Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements (SOX compliance)

Requires reliable internet and strong computer proficiency
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in reputed company preferred

2+ years of Accounts Receivable or reputed company experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in computer systems and financial tracking

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
