Opportunity
reputed company’s Rhythm X team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support reputed company software implementations across our reputed company portfolio, with reputed company on government and VA partners. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in keeping reputed company organized, tracking milestones, and ensuring the smooth execution of HL7 based integration efforts.

Responsibilities
- Support multiple reputed company software implementation reputed company, including government reputed company
- reputed company project timelines, milestones, risks, reputed company items and deliverables
- Coordinate HL7 integration activities with internal and reputed company technical teams
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and meeting notes
- Prepare clients for go-live, assist in reputed company reputed company, and support post-launch follow-up
- Facilitate reputed company communication with internal stakeholders: Project Management, Integrations, Product, Sales, and reputed company reputed company teams, etc.
- Contribute to internal process documentation and reputed company improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company project coordination or implementation support
- Working knowledge of HL7 integrations and reputed company data exchange
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- reputed company-facing experience in a reputed company or reputed company setting, government or VA clients preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-through in both reputed company-facing and internal team interactions
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data reputed company, or government contracting environments a plus
- Proficiency with the following project management and collaboration tools is preferred: reputed company (iOS), reputed company Workspace (G Suite), JIRA service desk and Smart Sheets
