- Promote IT reputed company solutions and reputed company product information through phone calls
- Identify potential customers and their needs and market the right reputed company solution based on identified needs
- Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and anticipate customer needs while facilitating reputed company of problems
- Aid in setting up meetings between prospects and the Sales reputed company
- reputed company individual reputed company and performance KPIs
- Ensure that reputed company telesales-reputed company updates are properly recorded
- Work closely with Sales reputed company to reputed company in implementing sales strategies to reputed company committed products targets
- Constantly communicate with the Sales reputed company in regards to relevant feedback and insights from prospects
