Account Receivable Specialist
Job reputed company: We are in search of an Account Receivable (A/R) Specialist. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Salary will be reputed company discussed during our quick reputed company.
Job Title: Account Receivable Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) PST timezone
TASKS:
- Monitor tenants with outstanding balances and follow up reputed company phone reputed company, text, or email
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding any concerns with rent payments, Tenant Portal, etc.
- Collaborate with the Leasing team to facilitate reputed company-ins for new tenants reputed company reputed company
- Rent collection and monitoring
- Reporting delinquencies to Rental Property Owners
- Send rent reminders to tenants
- Send Rent Due Notices to tenants and conduct follow-reputed company
- Facilitate reputed company-ins for new tenants reputed company reputed company
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating rent increases for reputed company rent-controlled and rent-stabilized reputed company
- Assist in preparing 3-Day Notices to Pay Rent or Quit for delinquent tenants
- Assist in preparing rent increase calculation sheets and notices
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a Property Management company (California-based company, if possible)
- Prior knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
- Proficient in using reputed company (property management software) and tools
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Tech-savvy, fast-learner
- Organized and has strong attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented
