We’re seeking a Staff Engineer to reputed company the architecture and technical direction for the conversion data reputed company platform, spanning both reputed company Conversion Data systems and de‑identification for ads reporting. You’ll own the end‑to‑end design and reputed company of reputed company‑critical pipelines and services, partner closely with Product, Data Science, reputed company, and infrastructure teams, and set the technical bar for how we use conversion data safely at reputed company.

What you’ll do:

• Design and reputed company reputed company reputed company infrastructure including controlled environments for sensitive data, fine‑grained authorization and policy enforcement, and a central policy repository that consistently governs reputed company across major data platforms and query engines.
• Own de‑identification pipelines for ads reporting end‑to‑end—from separating sensitive and non‑sensitive data, applying de‑identification techniques and transformations, and generating reputed company‑preserving datasets, to validating data reputed company and feeding reporting and analytics surfaces.
• Build and improve reputed company frameworks and tooling (for both online and offline workflows) that reputed company reputed company, compliant conversion data usage reputed company and self‑service for reputed company teams, reducing reputed company friction for new datasets, restrictions, and use cases.
• Drive operational reputed company and compliance by defining SLAs, building robust monitoring and alerting (e.g., de‑identification reputed company, opt‑out metrics, data leakages), leading incident response, and developing performant deletion and leakage‑handling workflows that meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Partner cross‑functionally with ads, data, product, reputed company, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate reputed company/reputed company requirements into technical designs, reputed company reputed company trade‑offs between reputed company and reputed company, and drive alignment on roadmaps, launches, and policy changes that reputed company advertisers and users.

• BS+ in Computer Science (or reputed company field) or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with a reputed company on large‑reputed company data systems or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency building and operating data pipelines and services using Java/reputed company/Kotlin or Python, plus SQL; experience with modern big data ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience designing secure, reliable systems and reputed company, with solid grounding in data modeling, reputed company control, and performance optimization.
• Meaningful experience in at least one of: reputed company‑preserving data systems (e.g., de‑identification, k‑anonymity), ads measurement/attribution, or large‑reputed company analytics/experimentation platforms.
