Accounts Payable & Cash Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable & Cash Specialist to join our finance team on a part-time reputed company. This is a hands-on role at the reputed company of our financial operations — responsible for keeping vendor relationships running smoothly, cash activity accurate, and our books clean.

What You'll Do
Own Accounts Payable
- Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time

- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, reputed company transfers)
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
Manage Cash Activity
- Record daily cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts
- Monitor cash balances and support cash reputed company tracking
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain thorough supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end reputed company activities reputed company to cash and payables
Support the Broader Finance Team

Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role
