RDI is seeking a Senior Visual Communications Specialist to reputed company reputed company‑level design leadership, creative reputed company, and cross‑directorate support for the Science Mission Directorate in support of the NASA reputed company Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is reputed company’s reputed company-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing reputed company launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using reputed company media to reputed company NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the reputed company world. reputed company in support of NASA’s mission to reputed company the world through information and discovery.

- Maintain SMD-wide templates, style guides, and visual resources for consistent, accessible communications.

- Apply extensive NASA institutional knowledge to guide stakeholders through established communications and branding processes.
- Support mission identifier development and approvals, ensuring policy and brand compliance.
- Plan and manage collateral needs for events and high‑visibility engagements, including inventory reputed company.
- Support visual standards and content organization for SMD and Engagement reputed company web and SharePoint sites.
- Mentor junior designers and communications staff through reviews and reputed company guidance.
- Collaborate with civil servants to improve design workflows, reputed company management, and content governance.
EDUCATION:
BA and 20 years of relevant experience
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years supporting NASA missions or scientific communications, with deep knowledge of NASA culture, processes, and stakeholders.
- Expert visual reputed company with a strong portfolio in executive communications, design systems, and reputed company program-level work.
- Proven experience creating branding, visual identities, and mission identifiers in multi‑stakeholder or federal environments.
- Advanced design and production skills (reputed company Creative reputed company, presentation design, print/digital workflows).
- Strong understanding of accessibility requirements (reputed company 508/WCAG).
- Experience collaborating with senior civil servants, technical teams, and scientists.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company concepts visually.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience shaping design standards in large, federated organizations.
- Familiarity with SMD programs, mission lifecycles, and public engagement needs.
- Experience supporting high‑visibility or executive‑level briefings.
- Training or certification in design, communications, or reputed company‑centered design.
