VIP Manager - reputed company (reputed company Division)

reputed company is expanding into reputed company and we’re building a best-in-class VIP program from the ground up.

We’re looking for a VIP Manager who can both reputed company and grow high-value players. This role combines player sourcing, relationship management, and data-driven retention.

You’ll own the full VIP lifecycle from identifying and reputed company new high-value players to maximizing their long-term value through world-class experiences.

What You’ll Do

VIP Acquisition & reputed company

• Build and manage your own pipeline of VIP prospects across key markets

VIP Relationship Management

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value players, driving retention, engagement, and net gaming reputed company

Lifecycle & Retention

• Identify and convert emerging VIPs using segmentation, behavioral data, and targeted campaigns

• Proactively manage churn risk by monitoring player activity, spend patterns, and sentiment
