Project Scope:

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of reputed company applications reputed company an reputed company environment. The role involves working across multiple reputed company modules including reputed company Capital Management (HCM), Time Management, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Finance, Materials Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.

The consultant will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, developing and configuring solutions, performing testing, and supporting ongoing enhancements and production systems. The role also includes integration with external workforce management systems such as Kronos Workforce Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

·        Implement enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Screen/Field Exits, and Enhancement reputed company

·        reputed company reports (ALV, Interactive, Drilldown, Classical) and interfaces

·        Work with BAPI, RFC, reputed company, LSMW, BDC and integration tools

·        Manage reputed company connections (SCOT, SOST) and workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

·        5+ years of reputed company HCM ABAP development experience
