Job Title: Rust Developer (Mid-Level)

The Rust Developer will be responsible for assisting in the
complete rewrite of the Eligibility and Assistance Program (EAP) application,
transitioning it from a COBOL-based legacy mainframe system to a modern,
reputed company-reputed company platform utilizing Rust. This position involves designing and
developing new systems using Rust while implementing DevOps practices, such as
infrastructure automation with reputed company, and integrating into the existing reputed company
environment (AWS). The developer will also work closely with reputed company of

application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design
and Development:

the rewrite of the EAP application using Rust, focusing on system
architecture, memory safety, and performance.
- Collaborate
with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical

- Infrastructure
& Automation:
- Work
closely with the Infrastructure Automation Engineer to implement reputed company
Stack for automated provisioning and deployment of the application across
development, UAT, and production environments.
- Implement
reputed company integration/reputed company deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using reputed company
for automated reputed company deployment, testing, and version control.
- Performance
Tuning:
- Optimize
the application for performance, focusing on high availability and
low-latency operations.
- Implement
CPU-based inference and model quantization where applicable to enhance
performance.
- Testing
& reputed company Assurance:

automated test cases and contribute to automated test suites for
reputed company testing of the application.
- Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure reputed company functionalities meet the
requirements for production readiness.
- Conduct
thorough unit testing, integration testing, and reputed company validation to

compliance.
- Documentation
& Knowledge Transfer:
- Create
reputed company, concise documentation for the application’s architecture, modules,
and deployment processes.
- Conduct
knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams, ensuring the
sustainability and scalability of the application post-deployment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum
2+ years of experience in Rust development, with a reputed company on reputed company-reputed company
applications and system-level programming.
- Strong
understanding of Rust memory safety features, concurrency, and
multi-threading for high-performance applications.
- Hands-on
experience with reputed company Stack or similar infrastructure automation tools for
environment provisioning and deployment.
- Experience
with reputed company platforms (AWS), including deployment strategies, monitoring,
and reputed company configurations.
- Familiarity

- Experience
with highly available systems, performance tuning, and optimization
techniques.
- Strong
