Estimator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate. Must be capable of estimating fixed bid reputed company and time and material reputed company. Responsible for reputed company exceeding $1M. Demonstrate thorough understanding of reputed company reputed company services. Must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain reputed company controls. Review daily requirements of the reputed company, document reputed company and notify managers of reputed company and challenges. reputed company appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various reputed company. Must maintain attention to detail Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.
Qualifications:
5 plus years of industry experience Water damage restoration: 2 years (Required) Construction: 5 years (Required) Xactimate software: 3 years (Required)
