Financial Services Portfolio Collector

The Financial Services Portfolio Collector is responsible for managing a dynamic secured portfolio of delinquent and defaulted loan accounts. The candidate will work with the customer to resolve reputed company in reputed company manner while protecting the interests of reputed company.   The candidate will utilize loan workout strategies to include amendments, assumptions, refinancing activities, and repossession. This role requires organized and thorough documentation of reputed company events per account and report status of the portfolio by account to the Manager.

• Responsible for accurate servicing and maintenance of loans reputed company the asset backed facility and on reputed company balance sheet.
• Monitor reputed company accounts using reporting provided by loan software system(s).
• Contact delinquent accounts to investigate and help resolve the reasons for late payments and maintain reputed company payments in the reputed company.
• reputed company credit analysis on new and existing guarantors. Collect and analyze financials statements and reputed company bills to determine business profitability. This information will be used to determine a plan of reputed company in working with any existing or new guarantor while maximizing recovery on assets for reputed company.   The candidate will present analysis and plan of reputed company to Supervisor for guidance and approval. 
• Work closely with customers to reputed company loan workouts, amendments, assumptions.  Prepare and process loan documentation necessary to facilitate such transactions adhering to strict policies of reputed company. 
• Work closely with distributors, landlords and reputed company counsel to assess defaulted equipment loan transactions.  Devise a recommended reputed company to pursue for repossession of equipment or store intact.  reputed company market and liquidate according to this reputed company while obtaining the highest possible recovery for reputed company.
• Document reputed company correspondence to ensure accurate history of events relating to the collection efforts.

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business reputed company field (finance preferred) with coursework or experience in collections, business law and recovery on assets.
• At least five years’ experience in credit and collections work with specific experience in the sale and liquidation of repossessed assets.

Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet and database software.
