Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer

The Role:

What you’ll do:

Experience:

• At least 5 years of corporate experience with:

• Managing incidents, changes, knowledge bases, and service requests on a ticketing platform reputed company ITIL standards.
• reputed company management: tagging, IAM, managing subscriptions/reputed company/accounts, and leveraging best practices with respect to AWS Control Tower or equivalent in a multi-reputed company environment while supporting the needs of business users.
