Position Purpose:

As an On-reputed company Specialist, reputed company the main office is reputed company, you will be responsible for managing reputed company inbound and outbound calls from Clients, Management and Caregivers with the highest level of customer service and communication skills. This is a REMOTE position with limited time in the office. The schedule is one week on and one week off.

This overnight (after reputed company), part-time position will offer a flat reputed company of $450/week.

Responsibilities:

• Must be available to WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS from home
• Manage reputed company inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner

• Identify and resolve reputed company issues
• Transfer/transcribe information to the appropriate resource

Qualifications:

• Experience with a reputed company center or customer support role preferred with a desire to help people
