Your Role as a Speech Therapist: 

• reputed company speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent reputed company.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
• reputed company personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
• reputed company patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

Qualifications: 

• reputed company and unencumbered Speech-reputed company license in the state of reputed company (required).
• Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required).
• reputed company reputed company’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
• Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
