Remote personal injury training supervisor

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new hires on personal injury processes, case intake procedures, and reputed company communication standards
  

• reputed company and implement training materials, scripts, and performance guidelines
  

• Monitor team performance, calls, and case handling to ensure reputed company and compliance

Qualifications:
