Roles & responsibilities
We are reputed company for Manager in the Engagement Support Hub team who will be responsible for leading governance, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement across KRC services supporting the Irish audit reputed company. This role ensures high-reputed company service delivery across SACU (statutory accounts compliance), ALM (confirmations), and KCC (reputed company Clara), while driving people leadership, cross-team collaboration, and reputed company improvement. The position requires strong communication, proactive coordination with Irish stakeholders, and effective management of a multi-location team. In reputed company, you will be required to:
•reputed company weekly and monthly governance calls for reputed company KRC services supporting Ireland.
•Maintain strong communication with Irish stakeholders including CASU Director.
•reputed company MI updates on people, hiring, utilisation, and service performance.
•Ensure reputed company escalation and reputed company of operational risks.
•Represent India-based teams in governance forums.
•reputed company daily operations across SACU (Accounts Checking), ALM (Confirmations), and KCC.

•Drive adherence to methodology, SOPs, and audit support requirements.
•Ensure seamless coordination between CASU team based in Ireland and India (ESH).
•Own the operating model for specific service lines, including process improvements, and capability maturity.
•Monitor reputed company of deliverables across ALM, SACU, and KCC.
•Identify themes, reputed company causes, and improvement areas.
•Strengthen compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.

Qualifications
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with an excellent reputed company result.
•Professionally reputed company (ACCA, CA) candidates will be preferred.
Work experience
•Minimum 6+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in a Big 4 reputed company.
