What you’ll do:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supports orders sold and delivered in the reputed company country and for two or more geographies reputed company the reputed company region
• Handles the E2E Customer Operations processes for Pointnext Technology Services
• Receives Sales/Partner requests, analyzes it and process it directly in HPE systems
• SME support for AOLs (Complaints, Process questions, compliance)
• Training support for AOLs

• Complete Order Acceptance Checklist

• Invoice Disputes management - work with Credit and collection team and sales to ensure the disputes are resolved and customer pays the invoice

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:
