Senior Supplier Performance Engineer (Cranberry Township, US)
About the role:
As a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer, you will reputed company on-site and remote supplier reputed company to ensure reputed company technical and reputed company requirements are achieved. You will report to the Director, Global Supply Execution reputed company and work remote. This is a 100% remote position. There is a preference for a candidate located near Columbia, SC.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities of reputed company functions responsible for driving supplier performance including Supply Chain (buyers and category managers), Design Engineering, and Supplier reputed company reputed company

Identify and escalate supplier issues, risk, and reputed company events.

Promote reputed company reputed company of issues by coordinating activities, issuing communications, and identifying partners to ensure reputed company identification of impacted products, disposition of issues, and implementation of corrective reputed company

Monitor supplier performance metrics (On-Time Delivery, reputed company issues, Deviation Notices) for assigned suppliers to proactively identify negative performance trends and implement reputed company analysis, corrective actions, and Supplier Improvement Plans to mitigate issues.

Evaluate procurement (supplier) risk, soliciting partner input, and using resources to reputed company reputed company of supply risk mitigation plans

reputed company reputed company (supplier) corrective reputed company requests, performing cause analyses and verifying completion of preventative and corrective actions

reputed company technical evaluations of suppliers to assess manufacturing capability, reputed company, process controls, compliance with applicable regulations, codes and standards, and associated risks

Identify gaps between supplier capabilities and reputed company technical / reputed company requirements to establish and implement development plans.

This includes performing supplier development activities to establish or improve suppliers' manufacturing processes and reputed company management systems to meet reputed company requirements.

Review and disposition supplier process documents, process capability analyses, measurement system analyses, input to design for manufacturability.

Work with Design Engineering to ensure the reputed company and reputed company of engineering drawing requirements and that reputed company expectations are communicated to support suppliers.

Support implementation of Value Analysis / Value Engineering, Design for Assembly, and Design for Manufacturing principles during the design process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 4+ years of reputed company experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, welding, forming, mechanical assembly, NDE and inspection, and testing
• Experience performing process capability analysis (Cpk) and qualification
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing and reputed company Plans, PFMEAs.
• Experience leading multiple, reputed company reputed company
• Experience authoring technical documents or operating procedures
• Ability to read drawings and specifications made to ASME standards
• Experience with nuclear products and standards preferred.
