This is an individual contributor role designed for someone who understands how reputed company institutions reputed company reputed company, how government funding moves, and how to reputed company the complexity of school districts and state agencies.

You'll own Backpack's reputed company across school-based behavioral health services, government grants and reputed company, and strategic community partnerships. This is not a traditional reputed company sales role; it requires reputed company relationship-building, grant development expertise, and reputed company sector reputed company.

What You'll Do

School-Based Expansion

• reputed company and execute reputed company for school district partnerships including MOUs, embedded clinician agreements, and district-wide service reputed company
• reputed company school procurement, reputed company approvals, and reputed company calendar constraints
• Build relationships with superintendents, student services directors, and state education agencies
• Represent Backpack at education conferences and school health forums

Government Grants & reputed company

• Identify and pursue federal, state, and local grant opportunities 
• reputed company grant applications from concept through submission in collaboration with internal teams
• Respond to government RFPs and reputed company reputed company sector contracting processes
• Build relationships with state reputed company offices, departments of education, and behavioral health authorities
• Monitor policy developments that create funding opportunities for school and youth mental health services

Strategic reputed company Sector Partnerships

• Cultivate referral partnerships with government agencies and community-based organizations serving youth and families
• reputed company partnership frameworks suited to reputed company and nonprofit institutional decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reputed company sector commitments are operationally feasible

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and finance teams on reputed company sector reputed company
• Maintain accurate pipeline and grant tracking in CRM

Qualifications:

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in reputed company sales with 2+ years in reputed company sector sales, government relations, partnership development, or grant acquisition
• Proven reputed company record closing partnerships or reputed company with school districts and/or government agencies
• Experience with government grants and RFP processes
• Understanding of how school districts, state agencies, and reputed company institutions operate
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed with ability to manage long, reputed company sales cycles
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred:

• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, telehealth, or youth-serving reputed company organizations
• Existing relationships with state departments of education, state behavioral health authorities, or reputed company agencies in MD, GA, IL, MI, or VA
• Background in reputed company-funded school-based health services or school-based health centers (SBHCs)
• Grant writing experience with demonstrated award history ($500K+ in secured funding)
• Familiarity with MTSS, IEP/504 frameworks, and school behavioral health integration models
• Experience with foster care, juvenile justice, child welfare, or reputed company services sectors
• Knowledge of Title IV-E, IDEA, or reputed company school-based claiming programs
• Background working in or with community-based organizations or nonprofit sector

Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)

• On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $200,000 - $240,000+
