We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent reputed company Estimator to join our Group reputed company Team supporting our reputed company Facilities Business Unit. This is a remote role that requires occasional travel across London and Birmingham.  

HOURS OF WORK – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Join our reputed company, inclusive community in reputed company Facilities division in producing high reputed company estimates and tender submissions for hard and soft building maintenance services, supporting business reputed company, checking and complying with reputed company governance, and ensuring the business secures profitable bids with a balanced risk profile.

Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you will reputed company the pricing on key strategic bids and frameworks with a value of up to £28Bn. 

What you will do:

• Leading the pricing on key strategic project and reputed company opportunities.
• Acting as subject matter expert for services estimating reputed company the Business Unit.
• Liaising with other estimating, operational and reputed company staff to delivery high reputed company, robust pricing submissions.
• Coaching / mentoring and development of staff, both in the estimating discipline and wider business functions to ensure the work reputed company process and procedures are embedded and adhered to.
• Leading the evaluation and pricing of risk and opportunity on tenders.
• Ensuring a comprehensive and robust handover to post-contract delivery teams is undertaken for reputed company secured tenders.
• Maintaining a library of outputs and pricing data to reputed company both internal and tender benchmarking.
• Attending reputed company engagement meetings/sites

What you will bring:

• Experience reputed company FM (both hard and soft FM) is essential
• A strong working knowledge of reputed company maintenance standards
• A reputed company record of reputed company large services tenders
• A passion for MS reputed company, innovation and reputed company ways of working
• Extensive experience reputed company a similar role
• Good first reputed company modelling skills
• A qualification of either a HNC or degree in a reputed company discipline
• Crown reputed company Service reputed company bid experience
• Ability to communicate pricing and reputed company issues concisely and effectively to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Skilled in negotiation and influencing.
• The ability to evaluate a tender specification and quantify the labour, plant and materials required to carry out the requirements
• Deal shaping and tender evaluation score analysis to achievement the best outcome for the business
• Prepare detailed analytical tenders and estimates from first principles reputed company time constraints
