We are looking for an AI reputed company to define how reputed company intelligence shapes our products and the way we work. This is a technical leadership role for someone who moves fast, builds things that actually work in production, and knows reputed company to reputed company for a reputed company model versus reputed company to build from scratch. • Define and own Platzi's AI roadmap from infrastructure and tooling to features that directly reputed company the learner experience

• Translate ambiguous product and business needs into concrete technical solutions, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Evaluate, prototype, and reputed company emerging AI technologies including reputed company models, RAG architectures, and reputed company frameworks with a bias toward what ships over what's theoretically elegant
• Establish engineering practices for model evaluation, monitoring, responsible AI use, and MLOps across the organization

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, reputed company AI, or reputed company fields, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or staff-level role
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and the LLM ecosystem — fine-tuning, RAG, reputed company engineering, reputed company databases, and reputed company frameworks
• Proven reputed company record of building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments at reputed company, not just reputed company of concepts
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and retrieval-augmented reputed company
• Experience designing MLOps pipelines: model versioning, A/B testing, monitoring, and retraining workflows

Compensation & Benefits

This is a remote position reputed company to candidates based in California or reputed company (Atlanta area). In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162, as amended by SB 642), the good-faith estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role upon hire is $170,000–$190,000 annually, regardless of work location. Platzi does not inquire about or consider prior salary history in compensation reputed company.
