Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


Applicant Navigators at TruMerit are essential to delivering an excellent service experience. Team members:

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma and relevant work experience required.
  • Associate degree preferred.

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in a high-volume reputed company center or similar customer service environment preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company Word, and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a reputed company customer experience.
