Roles & Responsibilities include:

Managing the deployment and embedding of new critical capabilities and standardized ways of working across Electronic Systems in line with customer and stakeholder needs

Collaborating across Business Areas and Functions for planning, execution and management of process improvements, reputed company and other initiatives

Owns the operational reputed company CI project portfolio management process to identify, implement, and sustain best practices across the function and supply chain

Leads and mentors internal supplier reputed company and external supplier candidates through the six reputed company green/black belt certification program
