About the Role

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Complaints & Grievances team, ensuring cases are handled accurately and reputed company required timelines

reputed company complaint, grievance, appeal, and dispute case management, ensuring reputed company documentation and compliance

Review and support responses for reputed company or escalated cases, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication

Analyze trends in complaints and grievances, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaints & grievances, appeals processing, or case management

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed company center or customer support environment

Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising team members

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher in a reputed company field

Experience with reputed company, Medicare, or NEMT guidelines
